  • Take Action: If your claim is valid, we will remove or disable access to the infringing material within 15 business days.
  • Notify the User: We will notify the user who posted the content about the takedown and provide them with an opportunity to file a counter-notification.
  • Counter-Notification: If the user files a valid counter-notification, we may restore the content after 10-14 business days, unless you file a court action.
